As a provider of Government employment services since 1996, BEST Community Development's experience, coupled with our ability to respond to job seeker and business needs, has enabled us to consistently match the right person to the right job.BEST Employment works in partnership with local businesses across a variety of industries to support their staffing requirements whilst providing pre and post placement support to our job seekers to achieve sustainable employment outcomes.
In addition to providing Job Services Australia business , BEST Community Development are also on the Innovation Fund Panel and Employer Broker Panel. These panels provide great opportunities for us to assist other community organisations, businesses, unions and industry groups to propose and secure funding for projects that will generate new employment opportunities within our communities.
