BEST Community Development is the perfect location for your next conference, seminar or meeting. Comprising superbly furnished function rooms, our facilities are suitable for meeting sizes between 5 and 110 participants. Our rooms are ideal for training, demonstrations and displays.

We are situated in the prime location of 26 – 28 St Andrews Avenue, with close proximity to all-day car parking.

Sandhurst Room

The Sandhurst room is our largest room andhas the capacity to hold up to 110 delegates theatre style or 85 seated at tables.The room contains attractive and modern furniture and equipment.

Computer Room

The Computer Room is located in a quiet section of the building and houses 11 flat screen computers which are connected to a central laser printer.All PC’s have the following programs available, however should you require other programs for your training, ask our staff about installing your requirements.

Cancellation Policy

0-2 working days of function - 100% of room hire non-refundable, plus catering if we are unable to cancel
3-5 working days of function - 50% of room hire non-refundable, plus catering If we are unable to cancel
6-10 working days of function - 25% of room hire non-refundable, plus catering if we are unable to cancel
