Comprising 8 superbly furnished and decorated function rooms, our facilities are suitable for meeting sizes of between 2 and 120 participants.
The venue is situated in the prime location of Victoria Street, within easy walking distance to the CBD of Ballarat, and with private off-street car parking available to all guests attending a conference or just visiting the Centre.
We pride ourselves on providing the best quality service and superb facilities at competitive prices.
All equipment is provided within the price of the room hire, and we also offer faxing and word processing facilities.
Fully serviced, daytime bookings are our specialty. However, if your conference is being held in the evenings or on the weekends, we can certainly assist you and arrange overnight accommodation if necessary. All of our rooms are available for one-off hiring from just a few hours through to regular block bookings.
The equipment available in each room includes:
- Overhead projector and screen
- VCR, DVD and monitor
- Whiteboard or electronic whiteboard
- Flipchart
- Portable data projector by request
- Permanent data projector in the Banksia Room
Discounts are available for groups who make long term multiple pre-paid bookings.
